On April 28, Wang Yidong, deputy director of the Organization Department of the CPC Municipal Committee, led a team to Shenyang Skyeye IT Co., Ltd. to investigate the work of talent construction and talent introduction, accompanied by Chen Yong, deputy director of Organization Department of Hunnan District Committee.

During the investigation, Wang Yidong and his party first visited our data center, product function area and R & D center working area, and highly praised the company's scientific and technological achievements.

At the symposium that followed, Wang Yidong carefully listened to the report of the company's talent construction work, and understood in detail the work of our academicians entering the station. He pointed out that talents should be "attracted, retained and used well". He hoped to strengthen exploration in playing the role of academicians and experts, so that academicians and experts can play a greater role in the implementation of innovation driven development strategy. At the meeting, leaders of the municipal Party committee also introduced to us a number of preferential policies on talent introduction, such as "talent venture fund", "talent loan, talent insurance", etc.

Wang Yidong fully affirmed and praised the talent construction of our company. He stressed that enterprises should provide a broader development platform for the majority of scientific and technological personnel, optimize the allocation of scientific and technological resources, give full play to their intelligence and creativity, and provide support and guidance for the scientific development of enterprises and the continuous improvement of their comprehensive competitiveness.
