Fifth, it is necessary to provide legal protection, adhere to equal protection, crack down on illegal and criminal activities that infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises according to law, strictly grasp the boundaries of laws and policies, adhere to the standard law enforcement, and strive to make private entrepreneurs concentrate on entrepreneurship, investment and business with ease.
